When a routine is active, Unwindy can show progress from supported iPhone surfaces such as notifications, Lock Screen Live Activities, and Dynamic Island.

That makes the current step easier to check while you are away from the main app screen.

Permissions matter

Some surfaces depend on iOS permissions and device support. If a surface is not visible, check notification settings, Live Activity availability, and whether an active routine is currently running.

Finish with Lights Out

The routine ends when you tap Lights Out. That gives Unwindy a clean completion moment for tonight and helps the weekly recap stay meaningful.
